What is the purpose of the skincare app?
Main purpose of this application is to simplify your daily skincare routine and help you choose the right products for your skin.
How do I create an account on the app?
At the first opening of the application you will be asked to Sign Up and create an account. You have a few options: use your email or social platforms like Google, Apple ID or Facebook.
Can I use the app without creating an account?
You can only use the app with an account. Creating an account will allow you to maintain your records, skincare routines and skin log.
How do I log my skincare routine on the app?
On the home page of the app you will find Add Routine where you can add your own custom routine with your products. Otherwise, below there are Recommended Routines based on your skin type and skin goals, which you can review and add to your routine list.
Can I track my progress with the app?
At the bottom of the app window you will find a Diary section, where you can add any entries with notes, highlights and even take a picture of specific area of your skin.
How do I identify my skin type on the app?
In one of the blog posts you will find an article to help you identify your skintype
Can the app recommend skincare products for me?
Yes! The app will help you select your routine and most suitable products to solve your skin problems
How do I search for specific skincare products on the app?
The app has a Stash section, where you can add your favourite products that you use in your daily routines or plan to add them to your routines in the future. There is also an Explore tab where you can just look around and see what’s there in the market.
Can I add my own skincare products to the app?
Yes, if you can’t find your product in our database, you can add it manually and even include a picture
How do I identify skin issues on the app?
We are currently working on an AI-based feature which will identify the issue of your skin based on your provided photo. Also, it will provide a solution and recommended products to treat it.
Can the app provide solutions for my skin issues?
Definitely! Based on your skin goals (see main page), the app will recommend you the best routine and products to address your skin concerns.
How do I connect with other users on the app?
You are welcome to join our community on major social platforms and share your skincare journey with others!
Can I share my skincare routine with others on the app?
We are working on a feature that would allow you to share your skincare routine through social media platforms or other channels.
How do I update my profile information on the app?
On the top-right corner of the app home page you will find your Profile section where you can update your information, profile picture and see all your logs.
Is the app available in multiple languages?
Currently, the app is only available in English, but in very near future it will be available in multiple languages.
